Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

Email us at giftationery@gmail.com with your order ID and issue details.

Our team will review and approve the return request.

A pickup will be arranged at your address (wherever applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
