At Giftationery, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items

  • Customized/personalized products

  • Gift cards or downloadable items

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on product page

Return Process

  1. Email us at giftationery@gmail.com with your order ID and issue details.

  2. Our team will review and approve the return request.

  3. A pickup will be arranged at your address (wherever applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the product:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you don’t see your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank/card issuer
