1. Eligibility

By ordering, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Our Products

We specialize in:

  • Customised gifts

  • Personalized products (e.g., engraved items, printed items, photo gifts)

  • Gifting hampers, decor, and curated items

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, minor variations may occur due to:

  • Display differences on digital screens

  • Changes in raw materials

  • Handmade or custom production methods

Such variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Customization & Customer Content

For personalized products, you may upload:

  • Names

  • Messages

  • Photos

  • Logos

  • Designs or other content

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You own or have rights to the content you provide

  2. The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights

  3. The content is not unlawful, abusive, or offensive

We reserve the right to reject any customization request that violates these rules.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

We accept payment via:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

Full payment is required at the time of order.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order is confirmed once payment is received.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • The customization request is inappropriate

  • Payment is incomplete or flagged

  • Technical errors occur

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a refund.

6. Production Time

Custom products require additional processing time, typically 2-3 business days depending on the item.
Production starts only after:

  • Successful payment

  • Receipt of all customization details

  • Approval of design proofs (if applicable)

Delays may occur during festivals or high-demand periods.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Shipping location

  • Product type (custom items may take longer)

  • Courier partner timelines

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather issues, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed over to the courier.

8. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Because most of our products are customized, returns and refunds are generally NOT accepted.

However, we may offer a replacement or partial refund only if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping

  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong customization or wrong item)

  • A manufacturing defect is present

Conditions:

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide unboxing video, photos of the product, and order number

  3. Product must be unused and in original packaging

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or alignment

  • Customer-provided spelling errors or low-resolution photos

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Customer changing their mind after placing a custom order

Standard (non-custom) products can be returned within 3 days of receiving if unused.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—logos, product designs, photos, layouts, and trademarks—is owned by Giftationery or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent.

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality

  • Ensuring the accuracy of your information

  • All activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or indirect damages

  • Delays in shipping or delivery

  • Issues arising from customer-provided customization content

  • Minor cosmetic variations

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Website availability

  • Error-free operations

  • Exact colour or design matching

13. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy

We comply with relevant Indian data protection laws.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
